Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. Because each appointment reserves valuable time specifically for you, we ask that you please provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee and/or may require payment before scheduling future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult for our service providers to fill the reserved appointment time. Refund Policy The Nail Empire & Beauty Co. does not offer cash refunds on services. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have a concern with a service you received, please contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address the issue. When appropriate, we will work with you to determine a reasonable solution in accordance with our salon policies. By scheduling an appointment with The Nail Empire & Beauty Co., clients acknowledge and agree to our salon, cancellation, and refund policies. We truly appreciate every client who chooses to support our salon and our team. We look forward to welcoming you to The Nail Empire & Beauty Co. and giving you the time, attention, and care you deserve. Cancellation Policy
Hey queens,
We completely understand that things come up, everyone is busy! Life is busy, life gets messy, and plans change.
We just want to gently explain why we have a cancellation policy, because it is never personal. When an appointment cancels last minute, we cannot refill that slot. That time was reserved just for you.
